  • Guide Where can I update my member information?

    

    How to Edit Member Information

    ① After logging in at the top right, click the profile icon.

    ② Click [My Page] from the dropdown menu.

    ③ In the [Edit Member Information] menu, change the desired items and save.

     

    ■ Editable Items

    · Date of Birth

    · Address

    · Email

    · Password Change

     

    ※ The username cannot be changed after registration. To change your username, you must withdraw and re-register, and all previous activity history will be deleted.

  • Guide How can I unsubscribe from emails or SMS messages?

    ■ Unsubscribe from Emails

    After logging in, click the profile icon located at the top right corner.

    ② Navigate to [My Page] and select [Edit Member Information].

    ③ Uncheck the [Agree to Receive Emails] option, then save your changes.

     

    ■ Unsubscribe from SMS notifications

    After logging in, click the profile icon located at the top right corner.

    ② Navigate to [My Page] and select [Edit Member Information].

    ③ Uncheck the [Agree to Receive SMS] option, then save your changes.

     

    Please note that even after unsubscribing, you may continue to receive essential service notifications, such as those related to payments and identity verification.

    Weekdays: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM)

    We are closed on weekends and public holidays.

    ■ Please report in the following situations.

    The image is not visible.

    The link is not working.

    The file is not opening.

  • Guide I can't remember my ID and password. What should I do?

    ■ How to Navigate to the Find Page

    ① Click the [Login] button located at the top right corner.

    ② At the bottom of the login screen, click on [Forgot ID] or [Forgot Password].

     

    ■ How to Retrieve Your ID and Password

    ▶ Find by Email: Please enter the name and email address you used during registration.
