Classroom Lesson Guide

[Recommended Lesson Flow]

Introduction (5 minutes): "At last, the very first concert of the Godungdong Symphony is about to start! Let’s cheer together to encourage our friends to perform beautifully and flawlessly." Engage the audience with questions to build excitement for the performance.

Development (15 minutes): Watch the animation and enjoy the live performance scenes.
During the first viewing, concentrate on the concert hall's ambiance and the characters' remarkable performances to fully enjoy the experience.
During the second viewing, try to follow the rhythm patterns played by the characters. Pay close attention to the repeated sections and join in by shouting, "Repeat everyone!"

Conclusion (10 minutes): Organize a mini concert titled "Our First Concert." Assign roles among friends, with some playing the quarter note parts and others handling the remaining parts, to create a brief ensemble piece. After the performance, conclude by encouraging one another with enthusiastic applause.

[Guidance Notes]

Emphasize teamwork by teaching that, during a performance, synchronizing the beat as a group is more important than showcasing individual skill. Encourage practicing attentive listening to one another and coordinating stops together at rests.

Mistakes are okay: It’s important to understand that even if small errors occur during a concert, completing the performance is what truly matters.
